澳門小女孩JoJo（梅靜妍 飾）和奶奶（金燕玲 飾）相依為命，爸爸跑路不知所蹤，突然開始有個來自台灣的廢柴志華（柯震東 飾）上門討債要錢。其實，JoJo偷偷身懷百萬的賭場籌碼，因為奶奶病倒了，因年紀無法進賭場的她，不得不僱用志華進場代賭，將籌碼變現金，而早已被房貸壓垮的志華一口答應，一大一小各懷鬼胎，展開一次相親相愛又相騙的老千行動。
